KINGLEY’S

The quest to find a ‘decent old-fashioned pork pie’ led the Downey family from Alcester to create their own. Crafted from outdoor-reared local pork and hand-made pastry and fillings, the pies have won a cascade of awards including the ‘Champion Pork Pie’ title at the Melton Mowbray British Pie Awards for three years in a row.

Having identified a gap in the market for superior quality pork products, Kingley’s, originally The Outdoor Pig Co was born in 2012. As a butcher by trade, Rob Downey knew what he was looking for when it came to the pigs he wanted for his products. The pork is sourced as locally as possible and from animals that spend time roaming around outside.

As well as the award-winning pork pies, you can find home-made sausage rolls, black pudding sausage rolls, stilton rolls, chicken and mushroom slices, chicken tikka slices and steak slices.
